Origin Freelance Project

Origin is a next generation freelance producer who's been producing since he was just thirteen years old. By the age of twenty, he had already produced for labels and radio with singles such as the 2001 hit, "Tell Dem Why".

Origin has also produced four full-length albums and other freelance works.

Origin spends the majority of his time in his studio making beats and producing tracks with upcoming rapper Slick Evil, and often works with local artists.

Since this particular template was not a dynamic template, the play list was constrained by a fixed number of tracks that could be shown and played.

Customization of this template involved converting the play list to a dynamic list using XML so that the client could upload his own collection of tracks into the play list. Now, the play list, accessible through the "Sample Tracks" section can be updated by the client rather than having to hire a Flash programmer every time a new track needed to be added.

Another customization feature added was the loading and play progress bar when sampling tracks. The original Flash template didn't give any indication of when a track was completely loaded.
