Many templates are designed in such a way that all the objects can be edited only from the flash library.

How big are the template files? Template files are big. Some of them are up to 30-50 Mb in size because of the included source files. Usually a download accelerator or a download resuming program can solve the disconnection problem. We recommend you to use the FlashGet or similar download manager to handle downloads at a slow connection speed.

When I buy the template do I just get the home page or do I get sample pages for all the menu options? How many pages come with this website template?
Regular Templates (Website Templates, Flash Animated Templates, Flash Animated Intro Header Website Templates) have 2 pages included: the main page and the content page.
Full Sites and Flash Sites: You receive the main page and various appropriate content pages, each corresponding to its menu tab. Every page is made in a different design, and you may add the flash-animated header to any of these content pages as well.
Full packages: These include a main page and a set of 6-10 functional content pages, pop-up windows, business card template and animated advertising banner of the same style and theme.

Before I buy... Does the search page work and will it show up like the results page? We offer the design only; we do no programming and scripting. All forms such as a newsletter subscription or search fields are inactive. Some basic scripts can be added but you'll need to hire a programmer to build the scripts for you. Do the fonts used in the templates come with the download? Yes. All fonts are included in the package.

Do you also sell programs for editing templates? No. We sell templates on this site only. You can find software for editing templates on the official website of Adobe Systems Incorporated. Find the links to trial versions of the software.

Do your templates work on all browsers? Our templates are fully compatible with the latest version of browsers such as IE 6.0+, Mozilla 4.0+, Netscape 5.0+ and Firefox 1.0.7+. Also, they are better viewed with a monitor resolution of 800x600 or higher. Many of our web templates come with the embedded flash animations and Macromedia Flash Player is required to view these web templates in any browser. Most web browsers already come with a Macromedia Flash Player installed.
